Kölsch Fest

A Kölsch Fest is a traditional German beer service experience inspired by the pubs of Cologne. Your servers, known as “Köbes” (pronounced kur-bess), keep the Kölsch flowing by continuously replacing your empty stange glass with a fresh, crisp pour.

How it works:
Sit back, relax, and enjoy the atmosphere. As your glass nears empty, your Köbes will bring you another Kölsch, there is no need to order. Each fresh pour is marked on your coaster (called a Bierdeckel), keeping track as you go. Continue at your own pace, one perfectly chilled Kölsch at a time. When you’re ready to wrap up, simply place your coaster on top of your glass. Your Köbes will tally the marks and settle your tab. Prost!

There are two Kolsch Fest events:

  • Wednesday, May 25 in Haddonfield, 6-9 PM
Bratwurst and other German food will be available for purchase

  • Friday, June 5 in Medford, 6-9 PM
