When the weather turns cooler, and the leaves turn to crimson, orange and yellow, many refer to it as Sweater Weather. We couldn’t help but think of the fall as we blended crimson cranberries, orange apricots, and yellow lemons to make our latest kettle sour. The tartness of the cranberries balances out the sweetness of the apricots, while the lemon adds brightness, creating a wonderfully balanced sour beer.
