Enjoy a day of Live Music, Dozens of Craft Vendors, Food Trucks and much, much more!

This is one of Medford’s largest annual events, drawing thousands of people to The Feed Mill and Main Street Medford. This will be a great opportunity to showcase the best of what our area has to offer. A time for businesses, residents, newcomers, and friends old and new to come together and enjoy! The main stage at The Feed Mill will be set for music from 12 PM to 9 PM, with the New Jersey State Championship of Steinholding taking place at 5 PM.

– Check in at the entrance of the parking lot. Information and directions will be sent via email prior to the day of the event.

– All participants acknowledge they will be provided with (1) 10×10 vendor spot. Space is limited and given on a first come first serve basis. If available, additional spots may be purchased.

– Tents are REQUIRED and must have 20-pound tent weights on each leg of the tent. Any vendor that does not have the proper set up may be asked to not participate.

Fee Schedule

$65 Vendor/Application Fee
$100 Vendor/Application Fee for a Double Space. (Limited Quantity)
$150 Food Truck/Application Fee

TO PARTICIPATE: Vendors must submit a complete application. MCF reviews and accepts or rejects applications and assigns spaces to vendors in Freedom Park in its sole discretion. We generally review and make decisions about applications on a first come, first served basis. Space is limited.

Applicants who are awarded opportunities at any Feed Mill events under these specifications shall indemnify and hold harmless King’s Road, The Feed Mill, any co-host or collaborating Feed Mill entity, the Township of Medford, or corresponding borough where the event is located, its officers, employees, agents, and servants from any and all claims, demands, suits, actions, recoveries, judgments, costs and expenses including attorney fees, incurred to suffered on account of property damage or loss and/or personal injury, including loss of life of any person, agency, servants or subcontractors in the performance of the work described in these specifications. The applicant further agrees that this indemnification by the applicant shall continue after completion of any and all Feed Mill events for all claims, demands suits, actions, recoveries, judgements, costs and expenses including attorneys’ fees resulting from acts or omissions by the applicant, its employees, agents, servants or subcontractors which occur prior to the completion of the event or season. *
